Financial Asset Administrative

Permanent employee, Full-time · Rome
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting; including but not limited to accounts payable, account receivable, banks, financial debt, inventory, fixed assets.
  • Ensure outsourced accounting maintains General Ledger accounts ensuring proper and accurate journal entry preparation.
  • Prepare relevant periodic reconciliations, including but not limited to, monthly bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation.
  • Ensure effective treasury management as well as a robust risk control environment. Cash Flow forecast.
  • Establish and maintain an effective performance management system: provide effective support in setting operating and financial targets for the financial year in consistency with budget.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective cost accounting, for monitoring margins, operating expenses, G&A, capital expenditure and cash flow against budgets.
  • Ensure timely filing of all corporate tax returns for all the project assets entities.
  • Support audits of the individual annual accounts of the project assets entities in Italy.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in similar role in renewable industry
  • Business Administration degree or equivalent
  • Advance English, Italian mother tongue, good speaking level
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
